• Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 4 tablets daily for 30 days or 6 to 8 tablets daily until bottle is finished, or as needed or directed. For best results, use daily with Complete Cleansing & Anti-Toxin System Part #2, High Potency Fiber Complex with Acidophilus.

• This is a masterful blend based on Psyllium, the amazing natural fiber with significantly higher soluble fiber than even Oat Bran. But we go further, 50% of the Psyllium is whole (not powdered) husk fiber for maximum cleansing and 50% is whole powdered psyllium seed for maximum bulking.
• We also add natural soluble Apple Fiber to round out the fiber complex. Also included in each teaspoon is 225 million active Lactobacilli and 9 other complimentary strains of friendly bacteria. This complex of milk free Intestinal Flora is ideal to assure maximum benefit under a variety of conditions, aids in digestion, intestinal tone, oxygenation and especially to assure a healthy Flora balance. What is especially unique about this combination of Fiber and Flora is that the non digestible Fiber acts as a carrier to assure the safe arrival of the precious Flora past the harsh digestive tract to the lower bowel where it can flourish.
• Suggested Use: One heaping teaspoon in a glass of juice or water once or twice daily. Stir and drink immediately or within 1 - 2 minutes. Always drink plenty of fluids when using psyllium.

• Contains: Whole (unpowdered) psyllium husks, Whole powdered psyllium seed, Apple pectin, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus bifidus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus caucasicus, Lactobacillus sailvarius, Streptococcus feacalis. Minimum fiber content 90%. Each heaping teaspoon (1/4 oz.) contains over 225 million Lactobacilli.
• Storage: KEEP DRY until use. Full potency guaranteed at time of shipping, and for 3-6 months thereafter under normal room temperature conditions. Refrigeration not required, but will extend Flora life. Fiber properties are not affected by normal storage conditions, therefore no shelf life is listed.
